Herbert G. Luft, for more than six years Hollywood columnist for the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, was elected last night as Secretary for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Mr. Luft, an internationally recognized authority on the cinema, is also connected with the Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
