Hezbollah congratulated Palestinians on the imminent Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip. In a speech broadcast Monday, Hezbollah’s chief, Sheik Hassan Nasrallah, likened the Gaza pullout to Israel’s decision to end its occupation of southern Lebanon in 2000.
