Isaac L. Asofsky, executive director of the HIAS, announced here that an agreement had been reached between Hias and Cojaser, the Jewish Committee for Relief and Reconstruction in France, under which Hias will furnish Cejaser funds needed for the care of Jews awaiting repatriation or emigration to other countries. At present, the funds of the Cojaser permit only limited assistance to these Jews.
