Histadruth Will Ask American Jews to Assist in Sending Palestine Relief Delegation to Russia

American Jewry will be asked by the Histadruth, Palestine Labor Federation, to assist in the sending of a medical and relief delegation to Soviet Russia, it was stated here today by David Remes and Colda Meirson, leaders of the Histadruth.

The two leaders confirmed that at a closed session the Central Committee of the Histadruth it was decided to send a medical-and-relief delegation to Soviet Russia. Simultaneously it was decided to instruct the Histadruth representative in London to contact the British Labor Party for guidance and support before sending still another delegation to Russia whose mission will be to explain upbuilding work which the Zionists are conducting in Palestine.

The executive committee of the Histadruth, it was stated here today, undertook the necessary steps to carry out these decisions.
