Iran’s declining economy may curb the country’s nuclear ambitions, a report said. In an analysis published in this week’s edition of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Roger Stern, an economic geographer at Johns Hopkins University, wrote that Iran has mismanaged its oil reserves and could find income from the resource massively reduced by 2015.
