Iran’s president will not come to Germany for soccer’s World Cup. Iran’s government spokesman, Gholam Hossein Elham, confirmed to Agence-France Press on Monday that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will not attend next month’s games, in which the Iranian team will be participating.
