Israel Ambassador Avraham Harman today met for approximately three-quarters of an hour with Secretary of State Dean Rusk, and later would say only that it was a general conversation “covering matters of mutual interest.” The Ambassador declined to comment more specifically on the meeting. Mr. Harman was accompanied by M. Gazit, Minister of the Israel Embassy here.
