Israel reimposed a blockade around the West Bank city of Tulkarm following shooting attacks a day earlier that killed two Israeli motorists. Israeli security officials said the gunmen appeared to have reached the sites of the slayings via routes recently re-opened to Palestinian traffic as a result of the cease-fire.
