Israeli companies can do business with Iraq. Israeli Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu signed an order Monday allowing Israeli firms to invest in Iraq and import and export goods. Netanyahu made the decision after meeting with Israeli businessmen who wanted to participate in the reconstruction of Iraq following the U.S.-led war, according to Israeli Army Radio.
