Israel’s former deputy defense minister, Ephraim Sneh, said the reports of nuclear-armed submarines, which first appeared in the Los Angeles Times, are “simply impossible.” An expert at Jane’s Naval Weapons Systems, a magazine that covers the defense industry, agreed.
