Israeli tanks and a bulldozer entered the Rafah refugee camp in the southern Gaza Strip. Palestinian security officials said five houses were completely demolished and 12 partially damaged by the Israeli forces early Tuesday. Israel said troops demolished two abandoned buildings in response to frequent shooting attacks on Israeli troops in the area.
