Israeli troops killed two armed Palestinians planting a bomb in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army said the two were planting the device near a tunnel used by Palestinians to smuggle weapons into Rafiah, in the southern part of the strip. Palestinians said an 18-year-old also was killed by Israeli fire during exchanges in Khan Yunis.
