Israel’s air force bombed the Palestinian Authority’s Foreign Ministry for a second time. Monday morning’s airstrike completely flattened the eight-story government building in Gaza City, causing light injuries to several passers-by. Foreign Minister Mahmoud Zahar, a senior Hamas leader, was not present during the strike. The ministry was damaged in an Israeli strike earlier this month.
