Israel’s ambassador to France visited Paris’ Grand Mosque on Monday to congratulate the rector on his recent election as president of the new French Muslim Council. Nissim Zvili’s meeting with Dalil Boubakeur was the first time an Israeli ambassador had visited the mosque, the oldest Muslim building in France.
