Israel’s attorney general plans to investigate whether an Israeli Arab legislator was guilty of incitement when he recently called on his community to aid the Palestinian unrest. Mohammed Barakah said he was referring to nonviolent demonstrations and that the investigation is an attempt to curb freedom of expression.
