Israel’s Cabinet will be asked to approve a prisoner swap with Hezbollah, but support reportedly uncertain. Israel’s Ma’ariv newspaper said Thursday that Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has the support of only four other ministers for freeing as many as 400 Arab prisoners in exchange for the return of kidnapped Israeli businessman Elhanan Tannenbaum and the bodies of three soldiers kidnapped and believed killed by Hezbollah.
