Israel’s defense minister and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak plan to meet Wednesday in the Sinai resort of Sharm el-Sheik. Israel Radio reported that the meeting was initiated two months ago by Mubarak but was postponed for a number of reasons, including the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
