Israel’s foreign minister said declaring a cease-fire now in Lebanon would be tantamount to a Hezbollah victory. “A cease-fire is not going to lead to peace, but to bring us back to first base, and Hezbollah will be the winner,” Tzipi Livni told a group of European Jewish leaders Sunday in Jerusalem.
