Israel’s foreign minister visited Britain. Silvan Shalom arrived Monday in London and, in talks with his British counterpart, Jack Straw, and Prime Minister Tony Blair, was expected to voice Israel’s opposition to a Palestinian Authority plan to include Hamas in parliamentary elections in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
