Israel’s High Court of Justice heard an appeal from a woman who was sentenced to nine months in prison for failing to prevent the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin. Margalit Har-Shefi, a friend of Rabin assassin Yigal Amir, was convicted of knowing in advance of Amir’s plot and failing to inform authorities.
