Israel’s improving security situation has earned it a new guest — Phil Collins. Israeli concert promoter Shuki Weiss announced Monday that the British pop star would hold one performance in Tel Aviv’s Bloomfield Stadium on Nov. 7 as part of his First Final Farewell Tour, which will include visits to Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates.
