The Joint Distribution Committee has opened soup Htchens and provided relief grants for nearly 4,000 impoverished Jewish survivors in Yugoslavia, according to a cabled report from Switzerland received at the committee offices here.
The report disclosed that a $50,000 credit has been placed at the disposal of destitute communities, which include Belgrade, the liborated areas of Croatia, and Macedonia.
