The executive of the Jewish Agency here today endorsed unanimously the agreement reached in New York recently on the reorganization of the system of spending United Jewish Appeal funds for work in Israel.
David Bet-Aryeh, a member of the executive, reported to the meeting on his tour of Europe in connection with problems of Jewish education. He said that while there was progress, it was not satisfactory either quantitatively or qualitatively.
