Jewish and Arab professionals met in Nazareth this week to discuss opportunities for Arab children in Israel. Organized by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee-Brookdale Institute’s Center for Children and Youth, the two-day forum of professionals from the national and local levels was called to examine major trends and challenges in addressing the educational, social and health needs of Israeli Arab youths.
