Jordan’s prime minister said his country will not allow Hamas to operate from its territory. “Hamas is a Palestinian organization that we respect and esteem in the Palestinian arena,” Abdul-Raouf Rawabdeh told Egypt’s state run al-Ahram newspaper. “But the Jordanian arena is not a field for any non-Jordanian organization,” he said in the interview.
