Laguardia Gets American Hebrew Medal for Aiding Christian-jewish Amity

Mayer LaGuardia was awarded the American Hebrew medal for his activities during 1936 toward promotion of better understanding between Christian and Jew at a banquet tonight in the Hotel Waldorf-Astoria. Henry Morgenthau, who presided, headed a distinguished list of speakers.
