Leo Arnstein is Elected to Central Bank Board

Leo Arnstein was elected a member of the Board of Trustees of the Central Savings Bank, it was announced yesterday. Mr. Arnstein, vice president and treasurer of J. H. Rossbach and Bros., Inc., and the Rossbach Brazil Co., has for many years taken an active part in charitable work. He is a director of Federation of Jewish Philanthropic Associations, Henry Street Settlement, Public Education Association, National Child Labor Committee and Mount Sinai Hospital, of which he is also Vice President.
