The 23rd conference of the Zionist Organization in Old Rumania yesterday elected Advocate Leon Mizrahi as president, heading an all-faction executive committee.
Former Deputy Mishu Weissman, chairman of the Zionist Superior Council, cabled Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization, who is en route to the United States, asking him to convey to American Jews a message urging the strongest efforts for the upbuilding of Palestine.
