Libya is giving a human rights prize to a Holocaust denier. Frenchman Roger Garaudy, author of a 1995 book claiming the Holocaust never happened, is among the winners of this year’s Qaddafi International Human Rights Prize, the official Libyan News Agency reported, according to the Jerusalem Post.
