Mrs. E.L. Franklin, daughter of the first Lord Swaythling, will leave shortly for America to address the convention of the Council of Jewish Women which meets November 11 to 16 in St. Louis.
Mrs. Franklin is prominently connected with Jewish activities in England. She is a sister of Edwin Montague, former Secretary of India.
