Milan Roven, president of the Jewish National Fund Council of Los Angeles, has arranged for a bequest of $1, 000, 000 to the Jewish National Fund Foundation according to an announcement made by Fred Kahan, JNF executive director for the Western states.
The announcement was made at a meeting last night of the JNF Council at the Beverly Hilton arranged to bid farewell to a delegation from this area to the dedication of the John F. Kennedy Freedom Forest in Israel. California Appellate Court Judge Stanley Mosk was the principal speaker addressing an audience of more than 1, 000.
