The Mandates Commission’s sessions open tomorrow with the Palestine question having no place on the agenda. The opinion prevails among officials of the League’s secretariat that the Mandates Commission will refrain from discussing the Palestine issue at this session, limiting itself to the prepared agenda. It is possible, however, that some member of the Commission may bring up the Palestine problem and thus precipitate a discussion.
