Louis Marshall will speak on the Jewish Agency in an address he will deliver over the radio from station WABC at 12:30 P. M. Sunday, April 28. This will be Mr. Marshall’s first public pronouncement on the Jewish Agency since the Non-Zionist Conference on Palestine. The address will be made during the Radio Hour of the New York “Day.”
