Speakers included John Diefenbaker, former Prime Minister of Canada, and Jacob Barmore, Consul. General of Israel. Mr. Bressler has been active in Israel bond sales since their inception in 1951, when he served as first Israel bond chairman in Chicago. He is national chairman of Guardians, individuals who buy a minimum of $1,000 in bonds in any one year.
