Memorial services were conducted here last night at Congregation Nidche Israel, an Ashkenazic synagogue, in honor of the Jewish writers and other intellectuals executed in the Soviet Union under the Stalin regime 15 years ago. The services were conducted under the sponsorship of the congregation’s cultural committee and the Mexican Jewish Writers Union. Jacob Glantz, chairman of the Writers Union, presided.
