More than 20 kosher restaurants will donate 10 percent of a day’s proceeds to Israel. The Eat4Israel campaign, created by yeshiva high school students, has enlisted restaurants across North America to donate their proceeds to one of seven Israel-based humanitarian groups on May 4, the Sunday before Israel Independence Day.
