Moses H. Hoenig, honorary president of the National Council of Young Israel, and Dr. Mordecai Hacohen, director-general of Ozar Hatorah, the Society for Jewish Education in the Middle East and North Africa, were honored here last night at the 53rd annual dinner of Young Israel.
