Mrs. Joshua L. Lewis of New York was today elected national president of the Mizrachi Women of America at the closing session of the 26th annual convention of the organization. Mrs. Bessie Gotsfeld of Tel Aviv was elected honorary national president.
The convention also elected a national board of 55 members and adopted a number of resolutions pledging maximum aid to Israel especially in the support of welfare institutions.
