Naomi Ben-Ami is Israel’s new ambassador to Ukraine. Born in the Soviet Union, Ben-Ami, 43, is a graduate of Hebrew University and began her career with Israel’s Foreign Ministry in 1983. She has served in Portugal, the Baltic states and Russia.
