Two prizes for the best essays on the subject “Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds in the United States; Their Organization, Functions and Achievements” will be awarded by the City College here, it was announced today. The contest is open to City College students. The first prize will be $100 and the second prize will carry $50. The competition is being sponsored through a bequest of the late Nathan Eibschutz.
