Rejecting a proposal to admit twenty prominent refugees physicians to practice in Norway, the Medical Association today adopted a substitute plan to admit ten medical scientists for a five-year stay during which they will work in hospitals and be paid small salaries from a fund to be collected among Norwegian doctors.
