Wilhelm Marcus, prominent Jewish leader in Berlin, has arrived here for permanent settlement. He founded and directed a number of communal organizations in the German capital and was a member of many others. He was founder and manager of the insurance company Die Hilfe. Among the organizations he directed were the ORT and the Central Union of Jewish Handworkers.
