A new ORT school which will offer refugee youths and adults courses in electrical and mechanical engineering was opened in Santiago, Chile, today, according to a cabled report reaching the American ORT here. Heavy machinery purchased in the United States and Argentina has been installed in the school. The opening ceremonies were attended by government officials.
