Recent developments in Palestine in the fields of immigration and colonization and the progress of the Zionist Organization of America in the past three months will be discussed at a meeting of the National Administrative Council convened for Jan. 5, at the Benjamin Franklin Hotel, in Philadelphia, it was announced today. Judge Louis E. Levinthal will preside.
