Palestine occupies the first place as a center for Jewish immigration, according to figures published by the Zionist Executive here.

Palestine today has the highest percentage of Jewish population of any country.

Palestine is also, according to these figures, the fourteenth largest Jewish center in the world.

During the last fiscal year, ending June, 1925, 10,392 Jews were admitted into the United States. as compared with 29,142 Jews admitted into Palestine in the same period. During this same year 7,800 Jews were admitted to Argentina and 4,200 to Canada.

The Jewish population of Palestine is 16.5 percent of the total population, a percentage larger than that of the Jewish population in Poland, where the Jews constitute only 12.9 percent. Poland, which formerly had the largest Jewish percentage, has thus become second.
