Palestine Telecommunication Co. sued Israel’s two largest cellular phone companies. The Palestinian communications provider is suing the two Israeli firms for a total of $432.6 million for allegedly operating illegally in Palestinian-ruled areas. PalTel is suing Cellcom and Pele-phone, which is a unit of Bezek, Israel’s state-controlled telecommunications company.
