Palestinian Authority armed forces will be unified by September to take over security in the Gaza Strip, Ahmed Qurei said. In an interview with the Al-Ayyam newspaper published Thursday, the P.A. prime minister also said there would be a peace summit among the Palestinians, Israel, Egypt and the United States at an undisclosed location in October.
