Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat told a meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Cairo that “it’s high time to take a firmer Arab stand” against Israel. He added that Israel is “mistaken if it thinks that the military force it possesses can force the Palestinian people to submit to Judaization, occupation and settlement.”
