In a goodwill gesture for Id-el-Fitr celebrations marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan, Israel reopened 12 homes of Palestinians last week that had been sealed in the West Bank town of Nablus.
The army also cleared roadblocks where stones and Molotov cocktails had been thrown at soldiers.
However, there were no prisoner release, in contrast to previous years.
