Gratification was voiced by the national officers of the United Jewish Appeal that this city had raised $150,000 in the campaign which opened May 22. The drive was headed by Julius S. Weyl, chairman; William Rosenwald, treasurer, and Mrs. Louis Gerstley, leading the women’s division. Dr. Cyrus Adler, Judge Horace Stern and Dr. Jacob Billikopf cooperated in the campaign, according to David J. ### secretary.
